About Spottrench
Last updated: 12 July 2026
Spottrench is an independent market-analytics project built and maintained by the Hedgers team. We turn live Hyperliquid market data into clear, automated price analysis for crypto and tokenized stocks, commodities, indices and currencies.
What we do
For every market on Hyperliquid we compute an automated technical verdict, algorithmic price targets and scenarios, and combine them with the real long and short positioning of the most active whales. Everything is baked into the page — you can read it without logging in or enabling scripts.
Who is behind it
Spottrench is operated by the Hedgers team, an independent group of market enthusiasts (find us as @hedgers_main). We are not a broker, exchange or investment adviser, and we do not manage anyone’s money. You can reach us any time — see the Contact page.
How our predictions work
Our verdicts are deterministic and rules-based — not human tips and not an AI oracle. Each market is scored by:
- Four weighted factor groups on one 0-100 scale (50 = neutral): trend and moving averages, whale positioning, price action, and mean reversion in a range.
- Whale positioning — aggregated real long and short positions of the most active Hyperliquid wallets, by both number of wallets and total notional.
- Volume and open-interest trends that confirm or weaken the move.
Algorithmic price targets come from a damped-trend and volatility model and are shown with a confidence level. They are estimates, not promises.
Data sources
Prices, candles and whale positions come from Hyperliquid. Stablecoin yields and protocol fundamentals come from DefiLlama; coin names, icons and market statistics from CoinGecko; stock fundamentals, earnings dates and analyst consensus from Finnhub; exchange rates from open.er-api.com. Charts on overview pages are rendered by the TradingView widget.
Our honesty policy
We never present these figures as guaranteed or as financial advice, and we never dress the algorithm up as “AI”. Markets are volatile and you can lose money. Always do your own research — see our Disclaimer.
