Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data is involved when you use Spottrench (spottrench.xyz). We built the site to need as little of your data as possible.

Who is responsible

Spottrench is operated by the Hedgers team (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

We do not offer accounts and do not ask for your name, email or any personal details to use the site.

  • Server logs: like most websites, our hosting may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
  • Local storage: your cookie-notice choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so we don’t show the banner again. It never leaves your device.
  • Analytics: every page loads Google Tag Manager (GTM), which manages the analytics tags configured for Spottrench. GTM and those providers receive standard request data such as IP address, browser details and the page URL; they may use cookies or similar identifiers.

Third parties

Some features load content or data from third parties, whose own privacy policies then apply:

  • TradingView — the interactive chart on overview pages loads from TradingView and may set its own cookies.
  • Google Tag Manager and analytics providers configured in it — used to measure site usage and performance. Their own privacy and cookie terms apply.
  • Hyperliquid — live prices and candles are requested by our server-side caching proxy. Your browser talks to Spottrench, not directly to Hyperliquid.
  • Coin names, icons, market data, fundamentals and exchange rates are fetched by our server (not your browser) from CoinGecko, Finnhub, DefiLlama and open.er-api.com.

Legal basis & retention

Where the GDPR applies, we process technical and log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Logs are kept only as long as needed for security and diagnostics. If you are in Russia, we also act consistently with Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct or delete data relating to you, or to object to its processing. Because we hold almost no personal data and no accounts, such requests are usually limited to server logs. To exercise any right, email [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy as the site, analytics providers or active GTM tags evolve. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
